It’s all about Jesus! It was about Jesus when we began. It’s about Jesus today. It will be about Jesus whenever we reach the end. He is the One that transforms lives. He is the One the heals hearts. He is the One that restores relationships. We couldn’t be more excited that during the first ten years of Transformations Church 5,673 people have made a commitment to Jesus and 1,843 people have been baptized
We have a saying around TC, “If our community is not better because we are here, we should pack up and go home.” In an effort to bring hope, healing, unity, and justice to our community we created four amazing outreach projects that God has used in our area.
Backpack Meals provides weekend meals for students in need and is distributed through our local school partners. To date, TC has given out 143,808 meals!
Hunger Project is a partnership between TC and Feeding Children Everywhere. We come together to prepare 150,000 meals that will go directly to our community through food bank/pantry partnerships. Since 2018 TC has prepared 271,200 meals.
Classroom Project is a ministry that supports local schools by distributing supplies for students, teachers, and staff.
Roll Out Hope is TC’s ministry that serves our community during the Christmas season by providing gifts, clothing, and food to families in need. In 2019 TC members gave more than $88,000 in gifts that blessed 133 families in our area.
As we love God completely and ourselves correctly, we are then compelled to love our neighbors compassionately. We believe that every Christ-follower has a gift that God wants them to unleash in their community. During the first ten years at TC, our people have answered that call! We have seen 3,818 servant leaders use their gifts at TC and in their community.
We are committed, by the Spirit’s enabling power, to financial generosity. We cannot out-give our God — who generously gave us His Son, Jesus! During our first ten years, this truth has transformed many hearts and Transformers have given generously so that others can experience the life change that they have experienced. Since 2010 members and attenders have given $35,063,752.31 and we have given away $5,436,897.42 to provide hope, healing, unity, and justice in our community, nation, and world. One day we hope to give away 30% of our income.
We believe becoming a disciple goes far beyond participating in our Sunday services. During our first 10 years, we had more than 2,300 people go through our membership process which equipped them to know, grow, and go in God’s story. We also have connected many to gospel-centered small groups where they can form meaningful relationships with other Transformers in their area. Do we want to say how many current small groups we have?
As a church, we are committed to shepherding the members of TC and since 2010, our pastors and care team have received and responded to 45,076 prayer requests. We have also built a team of care-shepherds who provide counseling in the areas of marriage, finance, and career.
Kids and teens are also an important part of TC. We say they are not the church of tomorrow; they are the church of today. Weekly we have 430 kids participate in our Sunday morning services. Our Teens connect weekly in their “squads” on Sunday evenings and have the opportunity to serve and worship alongside adults in morning services.
We also believe in connecting with people outside the walls of our central campus. In 2017, we began broadcasting our services live. To date, we have had 106,100 broadcast views. We also have partnerships with 5 correctional institutions. They have an opportunity to view the worship services and participate in small groups. Finally, we seek to train other leaders so they can be part of thriving multiethnic, multi-generational, mission-shaped communities. Since 2015, nearly 230 church leaders have attended TC’s HD Leader Round Table.
We are committed, through the Spirit’s enabling power, to be a community that invites and seeks out the wounded, the brokenhearted, and the marginalized so they can be transformed by the Gospel of Grace into the image of Jesus, joining Him on His mission to transform the world. Since 2010 Transformation Church has had 1,159,150 in total weekend service attendance. Until all nations, tribes, and tongues have met Jesus, our mission is not over. We’re just getting started!
