Communications Director


Role Description

The Communications Director provides direction and oversight for developing, implementing and maintaining effective, strategic communication for Transformation Church. You will lead the Communications team to provide excellent communication and visual arts resources for all ministry teams and will provide internal and external marketing for TC.

Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications/Marketing, with ministry experience leading and building teams, and the ability to strategically think and proactively plan support for TC teams preferred.

Key responsibilities of the role include developing, implementing and maintaining a strategic marketing plan for TC, leading the Communications team, ensuring proactive collaboration with ministry teams to provide resources, stewarding the Communications budget, as well as discovering, developing, discipling, and deploying the communications servant leader teams including photography, graphic design, content creation, editing, and video storytelling.
